Materials:* Cotton fabric - 70 cm x 15 cm (27 in x 6 in) (front scarf)
* Fleece - 70 cm x 15 cm (27 x 6 in) (back scarf)
* Strip of fabric - 3 cm x 150 cm (1,2 in x 60 in)

Download the free pattern here.
Cut the pattern out of both fabrics. Pin the two pieces down, right sides facing. Sew the circle. Turn right-side out, through the circle. Pin down. Topstitch around the circle. Attach the bias-tape (use your strip of fabric).
